I haz my cross stitching mojo back! Hoorah! And huzzah! And other exclamations of joy!

Don't know why, don't know how, but it's just suddenly become much easier, and progress is much, much faster. And I've barely even cussed her out in days! Being able to take some of the guidelines out, because certain bits are complete, was a major psychological boost I think. I'll definitely have it finished by Christmas now I'm sure. Not quite ready to bust out the "nearly finished" tag, but almost!

I am also crosstitching for Christmas! It's my first one and probably way too ambitious, but it will be beautiful when it's done. When I'm not embarassed by how little progress I've made I might start posting pics to boost my own moral... haha

Posting pics of my big cross stitch projects was how I got into the habit of blogging. It's really helpful to look back through the posts and see how far you've come. And with Serenity it's been massively helpful to look back on old posts of other projects and know that I get really cranky in the middle every damn time but it always turns out just fine in the end!

And, hey, way too ambitious seems to be the default mode for cross stitchers!
